Use these cards to get instant feedback during your meetings or training presentations. Give each participant a card set. Ask participants to “show their colors” and you’ll immediately have a clue as to whether they are tracking with you.
Each card in the set of three, the green YES, the red NO, and the yellow MAYBE, has a response that help users determine their feelings about what they are hearing. Each also has a key question to guide users toward reaching consensus. Flashing their colors encourages participation, especially for those who are hesitant to speak up.
